With the “Bird on a Pearl” collection, Tiffany & Co continues its tribute to the creative imagination of Jean Schlumberger and his iconic “Bird on a Rock”. Now perched on a shimmering pearl, the bird evokes the freedom of gesture and the delicacy of a suspended moment.
To launch this new fine jewellery collection in 2025, Tiffany & Co. called on the services of Commission Studio to design the invitation, printed by us in our Paris workshops.
It takes the form of an elegant beige cloth-bound book, with layers of delicate papers and subtle prints in the colours of the brand and the collection. The fine cut of the pages, some blank, others with silk-screened motifs and litho printed reproductions of preparatory drawings, form a meticulous setting in which the invitation nestles: a bird on a pearl created using a combination of silk-screening, lithography printing and multi-level embossing, set off with pearlescent and gold foiling.
A little jewel of printing, a tribute to excellent savoir-faire, this ritual of revelation is an invitation to travel, setting the tone for the special event to which the guests have been invited.
